Terms and Conditions:

1. All Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from date of purchase. After this time, they have a balance of £0.
2. Gift Cards are virtual cards and no physical cards will be available.
3. Gift Cards can be used for the value on the card number. It can be used as part or whole payment up to the limit in one or more transactions. Other forms of payment will be required to complete any transaction that is not wholly covered by a gift card.
4. Refunds from items bought with a gift card will be in the form of Vivid Aromas shop credit on your account. You can use the credit by logging in to your account prior to completing your next purchase and selecting it from the payment options.
5. Gift Cards should be treated as cash, lost or stolen gift cards or gift card balances will not be replaced.
6. Do not give or let be known your gift card number to anyone you don't want to use the balance.
