Shipping policy

The Short Version

Shipping costs from £2.99 to £9.97, but is FREE if you spend £20 or more; at the moment. We reserve the right to stop this or increase the amount at any time without prior notice.

Your delivery may come from different distribution centres, so can take different amounts of time and different carriers.

In general, please allow 3 days for fulfilment and 3 to 5 days for delivery. Busy times may take longer, but in general most are quicker.

If you live in NI, IoW, IoM, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or Scottish Highlands, then you may need to add an extra 5 days to your delivery time, but we will try to get it delivered to you for the same cost. Occasionally we may have to make a surcharge, which may have to be paid separately.

When calculating, please only including Working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank/public holidays).

You can check the status of your delivery from your account or the email sent to you to confirm the shipping details.

The more detailed version

We use several warehouses, some are third party warehouses, and so we have little to no control over how they send items out.

Our own warehouse will send all items out ASAP, usually same day or next day, but please allow up to 2 days during busy times. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 from this location for all parcels.

Our partner warehouses and our other warehouses use a variety of carriers. Generally, dispatch is up to 3 days and delivery is from 2 to 5 days.

In some cases there is a scale for shipping:

1) Small orders up to £7.50, shipping costs £3.99
2) Orders under £20, shipping costs £2.99
3) Orders over £20, Free Shipping

Free shipping will be applied to your order when you spend a qualifying amount (currently £20 in the UK Mainland, £20 in Extended UK regions).

In some cases, we will need to get your order delivered to our main warehouse, before shipping it on to you. In these cases, please allow up to an extra 5 days. This is most noticeable for the UK Extended region of Scottish Highlands and Isle of White.

The UK Extended Region includes, but is not limited to: NI, IoW, IoM, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands.

In certain cases, we may have to make a surcharge for these locations. We will contact you if this is required, and you can opt to cancel the order or pay the surcharge. We will try to fulfil your order, without doing this where possible.

In all cases, you will be notified when your order is on it way to you. The order notification email will contain the tracking number(s) and carrier(s) so that you can track your order. You can also find this information in your account.

In rare cases, it can take substantially longer to ship your order. We will try to notify you if this happens.

We reserve the right to use any carrier necessary to complete your order.
