Rewards Program
Our main Rewards Program offers the best ongoing vouchers, money off, and gift card rewards. Read more about it on its own page. It is not included here as it has its own rules, although the general terms and conditions below still apply.

Spend the qualifying amount on any item(s) (excluding Gift Cards) and receive free shipping on your entire order, regardless of which facility items are shipped from. This offer currently has no planned end date and is compatible with most other promotions.

The welcome code series gives new newsletter subscribers a money-off voucher. Amounts vary based on factors such as spend and voucher usage — we believe in rewarding loyalty, so the more you shop, the more you get back. Check your welcome email for the exact amount and any expiry dates. Welcome codes are only available to new subscribers and can be used with most automatic promotions. Only one voucher code can be used per order.

UK Extended Shipping
Most of our Essential Oils now benefit from lower postage and packaging costs. All Warehouse 1 orders are included at the new rate.

All promotions are offered as a benefit to our customers, not as a right. Specific terms for each promotion are listed above. All promotional codes and vouchers have no monetary value and may only be used for their intended purpose. We reserve the right to shorten or extend any promotion at any time without further communication. Where possible, we will communicate changes via this page, the site notification banner, and our newsletter. We do not guarantee the availability of any product or promotion at any specific time. Where a product is unavailable, we will substitute with an item of equal or greater value where possible. If no suitable substitute can be found, a refund will be offered for that product, with remaining items priced as if the promotion had not applied.
