White Camphor Essential Oil is the purest fraction of camphor distillation — a crisp, crystalline oil with an intensely clean, cooling aroma that cuts through mental fog and freshens any space instantly. Sourced from the wood and roots of Cinnamomum camphora trees cultivated in China, white camphor is the lightest and safest of the three camphor fractions, making it the only one suitable for aromatherapy use.
Its high cineole content gives it a character reminiscent of eucalyptus, while its woody base note anchors it beautifully alongside pine and cedarwood. In the diffuser, it is a powerful air-freshening and respiratory support oil — but one that demands respect and restraint.
- Aroma: Sharp, penetrating, camphoraceous; intensely clean with a cool, woody depth.
- Blends with: Eucalyptus, Scots Pine, Lemon, Rosemary, Peppermint, Cedarwood Virginian.
- Diffusion: 2–3 drops in a 100–200 ml diffuser; keep sessions to 15–30 minutes maximum.
- Topical: Max 1% dilution in carrier oil — always dilute before skin application.
- Safety: Avoid during pregnancy. Not suitable for children under 10. Caution with epilepsy.
