How to Use

• Diffusion: Add 3–6 drops to your diffuser alone or blended with bergamot, frankincense, or orange.
• Topical: Dilute to 1–2% in a carrier oil (1–2 drops per 10ml) for body oils, massage blends, or facial serums.
• Bath: Add 4–6 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil or full-fat milk before dispersing in warm water.
