Christmas and New Year Opening Hours and Delivery Times

We wish all our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 

We hope you have a wonderful time this holiday season. Here are our opening times and shipping times during the 2025 Christmas and New Year Holiday period.

The last day for orders is officially 10am Friday19th December 2025. Anything ordered after that is due for delivery starting Monday 5th January.

We will still process orders from our HQ Warehouse, however they are not guaranteed to reach you before Christmas or New Year. All warehouses will be back online by Friday 2nd January, but processed orders will generally not reach you before Monday 5th.

Where an order will come from 2 or more warehouses, we will process the parts of your order as they become available. This means you may receive part of your order long before other parts. Where possible, we will endeavour to inform you of the likely delivery times for each part of your order.

With the implementation of the new warehouse designations in the product listings, you can now more easily tell which products will get to you quickest, and which will be delayed over the holiday period.

HQ Warehouse and Warehouse 2 will be operational during the holiday period, excluding public holidays. Whilst we will still be processing orders, it is not likely that they will reach you until the new year.

Warehouse 1 will be closed from the 19th December until the 2nd January 2026 and will only start to process orders from this time. You can expect to start receiving items from this warehouse from around 6th January 2026, however there may be a large backlog of orders to fulfil, so this may take a bit longer. You will be notified when your order is on its way to you.
